Tourism and hospitality isn’t solely about lodges, airways and journey brokers – it’s concerning the myriad of small companies that help the trade, including to the range and native color in every vacation spot.  Rachel O’Shea and Susie Martin, founders of the Laos Buffalo Dairy, are examples of simply that.

 

 

Singapore to Laos

Rachel & Susie met in Singapore, and describe their journey to Laos as a ‘mid-life crisis’.  Together with their households, they needed to do one thing ‘different’ for a 12 months or two, and have been initially pondering of a B&B, then maybe shopping for a small resort.  They did begin with the B&B, and the Chef in Rachel needed to offer company with one thing a bit of completely different – one thing like Buffalo Cheese.
